Position Overview:

As a Sustainability and Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving our energy/environmental initiatives forward. Reporting to the Director of Sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, implementing strategies, and monitoring progress toward our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sustainability strategies.
Identify, evaluate, and implement energy-efficient technologies and practices.
Analyze data and conduct research to identify sustainability trends and best practices.
Support the development and implementation of company-wide sustainability initiatives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to environmental sustainability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong passion for sustainability, energy management, and environmental protection.
Experience in project management and data analysis related to sustainability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in energy/environment sector.
