Job Opportunity:

Position: Arctic Challenge Specialist

We are seeking an energetic, skilled, and passionate individual to join our team as an Arctic Challenge Specialist. As an Arctic Challenge Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing exhilarating experiences in the stunning Lapland region. You will craft thrilling outdoor activities customized to our clients' preferences, ensuring their journey with us is as exciting as it is memorable.

Responsibilities:

Create and coordinate adventure packages that combine exhilarating sports, wilderness exploration, and cultural experiences
Lead groups of adventurers on guided excursions while showcasing the natural wonders and hidden gems of Lappi
Ensure the safety and well-being of participants throughout the activities
Equip and brief participants on safety protocols, equipment usage, and environmental respect
Maintain and inspect equipment to guarantee its safety and functionality
Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate information and create customized offers for prospective clients
Assess and manage potential risks during activities and adjust plans accordingly

Requirements:

Passion for outdoor adventures and a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of Lappi
Advanced knowledge and experience in a variety of adrenaline-inducing activities, such as hiking, skiing, snowboarding, ice climbing, and more
Proven ability to lead and guide groups, with excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in wilderness survival and first aid procedures
Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety
Flexibility to adapt to changing weather conditions and evolving customer demands
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire a sense of adventure in others
