Responsibilities:

Create and shape unforgettable adventure itineraries that cater to the desires of our high-end clientele.
Collaborate with local partners to curate exclusive experiences, showcasing the best of Berlin's cultural heritage, scenic landscapes, and hidden gems.
Organize and manage logistics, including transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities, to ensure seamless execution.
Provide exceptional customer service and personalized attention throughout the journey, ensuring our guests receive a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Stay up-to-date with current tourism trends and adapt offerings to meet changing customer preferences.

Requirements:

Passion for creating extraordinary travel experiences that expose travelers to new cultures, adventures, and self-discovery.
Proven experience in developing unique itineraries and working with suppliers to offer exclusive activities.
Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliver exceptional results within deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly desirable.
