This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the safety and security of our community through strategic planning, coordination, and implementation of effective security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive security strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Coordinate security operations and provide guidance to a team of security professionals.
Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities, ensuring appropriate measures are in place.
Implement and manage access control systems, CCTV installations, and other security technologies.
Develop and deliver security training programs for staff members.
Monitor and analyze security metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and enhance overall security performance.
Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and facilitate appropriate actions as required.
Evaluate, select, and manage external security vendors and contractors.

Requirements:

Proven experience in security management or a related field, preferably in military or law enforcement.
Strong knowledge of security operations and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships.
Proficient in the use of security technologies and software.
Relevant certifications in security management are highly desirable.
A valid driver's license.
