Your Role

As a Travel Experience Curator, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional travel itineraries for our clients. Your main objective will be to curate bespoke journeys that showcase the best of Nairobi Metropolitan and its surrounding regions. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their preferences and interests, in order to design personalized travel experiences.

Responsibilities

Research and stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and attractions in Nairobi Metropolitan.
Create tailor-made travel itineraries that cater to our clients' preferences and interests.
Coordinate with local travel partners to ensure smooth operations during clients' trips.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by managing clients' expectations and providing excellent customer service.
Proactively source unique and off-the-beaten-path experiences that exceed clients' expectations.

Requirements

A strong passion for travel and extensive knowledge of Nairobi Metropolitan's tourism offerings.
Prior experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a role focused on travel itinerary planning or tour guiding.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and travel partners.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in curating memorable travel experiences.
Proficiency in English and at least one local language would be an advantage.
