Job Description:

As a Cultural Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our organization's diversity and promoting inclusivity. Your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing cultural integration programs and initiatives
Designing strategies to foster a multicultural work environment
Collaborating with HR to support the recruitment of a diverse workforce
Organizing diversity training and workshops
Supporting employees from different cultural backgrounds and their integration
Contributing to the development of a culturally sensitive workplace

Requirements:

Previous experience in cultural integration or related field
Strong understanding of diversity issues and cultural dynamics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies
Passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Fluency in French and English, written and spoken
