Your role:

As a Multicultural Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in our holistic approach to caring for individuals affected by Alzheimer's. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing culturally sensitive care plans that promote the well-being of our diverse residents
Providing compassionate care, understanding cultural values and attitudes toward health
Supporting families and friends in understanding and respecting individual cultural needs
Collaborating with our multicultural team to develop innovative programs and services
Contributing to ongoing staff education to enhance cultural competency within our organization

What we're looking for:

A genuine passion for providing exceptional care and support to individuals affected by Alzheimer's
An understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures and backgrounds
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and at least one other language
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multicultural team
Experience or qualifications in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or caregiving
Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to caregiving
