We are hiring for a Field Research Specialist

As a Field Research Specialist at our cooperative, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading innovative projects aimed at advancing organic farming practices. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our talented team of agricultural experts, utilizing cutting-edge techniques to improve crop yields, develop organic fertilizers, and conduct soil health assessments. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to sustainably produce high-quality, organic products while preserving the natural beauty of Sardinia.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute field trials to evaluate crop performance and soil health
Collaborate with our agricultural team to develop and implement research protocols
Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports detailing research findings
Contribute to the development of organic farming techniques and sustainable practices
Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote organic agriculture and environmental awareness

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
Experience in conducting field research and data analysis
