Discovering Bliss - Experience Curator

Your Responsibilities:

Curate Exceptional Experiences: Design and develop unique itineraries, showcasing the hidden gems and cultural wonders of our region, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable vacation.
Forge Partnerships: Collaborate with local communities, artisans, and service providers to foster sustainable relationships, supporting local businesses and promoting responsible tourism.
Environmental Advocacy: Implement and endorse environmentally friendly practices, raising awareness of our commitment to sustainability and being at the forefront of eco-friendly tourism initiatives.
Corporate Social Responsibility: Organize and participate in charitable events and activities, contributing to the betterment of the local community and showcasing our dedication to social responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

A passion for discovering new cultures and sharing authentic experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Italian. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A creative mindset, with a knack for designing unique and engaging itineraries.
Proficiency in sustainable practices and a commitment to promoting responsible tourism.
Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred.
