Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and welfare for our delightful beings
- Create engaging and stimulating environments to promote well-being and happiness
- Develop and implement innovative initiatives to enhance the overall experience for both delightful beings and visitors
- Collaborate with a passionate team to organize events, exhibits, and educational programs
- Conduct effective communication and build relationships with suppliers, vendors, and visitors
Requirements:
- Passion for delighting beings and improving their lives through exceptional care
- Prior experience in the field of fostering trust, compassion, and well-being
- Knowledge of creative enrichment activities and behavioral management
- An empathetic and patient nature, with excellent observation and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of working in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and public holidays
