As a Technology Solutions Architect, you will play a vital role in our IT team, responsible for designing and implementing innovative software solutions that support our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify technological opportunities, and deliver robust and scalable architectural designs.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop end-to-end technology solutions, considering various architectural aspects such as scalability, extensibility, and security.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, software engineers, and data architects to evaluate technical feasibility and ensure alignment with business goals.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and adoption of emerging technologies and software frameworks.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and architectural integrity.
Conduct code reviews, analyze system performance, and propose optimizations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends, actively participating in professional development and knowledge sharing activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Strong expertise in software development and system integration, with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
A deep understanding of software architecture patterns, cloud computing, and microservices architecture.
Experience with databases and SQL, as well as modern web technologies like Angular or React.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide strategic solutions.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
