Job Opening:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Legal Specialist. As a Legal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing legal guidance to our hotel management.

Responsibilities:

Offer legal advice and support to the hotel management team on various matters.
Review and prepare legal contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations in the hospitality industry and proactively implement necessary changes.
Manage legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsels when required.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. A master's degree would be an advantage.
Proven experience working in a legal capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Swiss legal system and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive/confidential information.
Fluency in English and German. Additional languages are a plus.
