We are Hiring:

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talents who align with our values and contribute to our friendly and collaborative work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals
Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations

Your Qualifications:

Proven work experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry
Expertise in sourcing techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences
