We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Production Efficiency Specialist.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and continuously improving the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies that drive productivity while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement efficiency improvement plans
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and reduce waste
Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new processes
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on progress

Requirements:

Proven experience in process optimization, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well both independently and in a team
Attention to detail and a focus on achieving results
