We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Spatial Designer. This role requires someone with a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of the relationship between people and their built environment.

Responsibilities:

Reimagine urban landscapes by envisioning bold, sustainable, and functional architectural concepts.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative design solutions.
Translate design ideas into compelling visual representations, including sketches, renderings, and 3D models.
Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
Conduct thorough site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in urban design.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
Proven experience in spatial design with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively, solve complex problems, and adapt to changing project requirements.
A positive mindset, diligent work ethic, and a drive for excellence.
