About the Position:

Position: Director of Health and Wellness Programs
As the Director of Health and Wellness Programs, you will play an instrumental role in fostering collaboration and innovation to promote better health outcomes for students, teachers, and administrators within North Carolina's school system. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic health and wellness initiatives
- Forming partnerships with healthcare professionals and organizations
- Creating educational programs to enhance health awareness
- Evaluating and improving existing health services
- Advocating for policies to promote a healthy school environment
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Public Health, Education Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare and educational systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships
- Experience in policy development and advocacy
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
