Position: Digital Engagement Specialist (Social Media/Network Technology)

Job Description:

Develop and execute effective digital engagement strategies that align with the company's goals and values
Create engaging content for various social media platforms, blogs, and other online channels
Monitor and analyze social media trends, user behavior, and competitors to make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Manage and optimize company profiles on social media and professional networking platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, industry professionals, and customers
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in digital engagement, community management, or social media marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
