Your Role:

As an Innovation Lead at Insulet Corporation, you will be at the forefront of driving our entrepreneurial spirit and pioneering mindset. Your key responsibility will be to identify, explore, and develop new opportunities and cutting-edge technologies within the Agriculture/Rural sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, propose, and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and deliver innovative products and services to our customers in this dynamic field.

Responsibilities:

Lead the ideation, development, and implementation of innovative solutions in the Agriculture/Rural domain
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify potential areas of growth
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to create customer-centric solutions
Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, Engineering, and Marketing, to translate ideas into actionable plans
Create business cases, financial models, and project roadmaps to support decision-making processes
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project execution
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, industry experts, and stakeholders
Proactively provide insights, recommendations, and updates to the leadership team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in innovation management, strategic planning, or product development within Agriculture/Rural or related sectors
Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate emerging technologies and market trends
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Passion for entrepreneurship, disruptive technologies, and driving positive change in the Agriculture/Rural industry
