Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative performance development programs to enhance athletic abilities
Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Create personalized training plans to optimize performance and prevent injuries
Provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to athletes and coaches
Collaborate with external partners to organize sports events and competitions
Stay updated with industry trends and research to continuously improve training methods

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field
Proven experience working with athletes in a performance development role
Strong knowledge of sports psychology, nutrition, and injury prevention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their goals
Flexible schedule to accommodate sports events and training sessions
