Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the Bowlinghall
- Supervise and lead a team of dedicated staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase customer retention
- Monitor financial performance and work towards achieving set targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the entertainment or hospitality industry
