Position: Sustainable Land Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable land management strategies for rural communities in Dalarnas län
Collaborate with local stakeholders to promote environmentally-friendly agricultural practices
Provide guidance on efficient resource utilization to improve productivity and minimize environmental impact
Conduct research and analysis to enhance soil fertility and biodiversity preservation
Deliver training programs on sustainable farming techniques and technologies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and initiatives related to sustainable agriculture

Requirements:

Degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field
Proven experience in sustainable land management and rural development
Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and soil conservation techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Passion for sustainability and a drive to make a positive impact on rural communities
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
