Position: Software Solutions Engineer

Location: Western Australia - Pilbara Region

About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Solutions Engineer to join our IT department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining innovative software solutions to meet our organization's technological needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications using various programming languages
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions
Implementing software enhancements and ensuring system scalability and performance
Identifying and troubleshooting software defects and issues
Maintaining documentation and providing technical support to users as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
Proven experience in software development or related positions
Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python)
Experience with database management systems and SQL
Knowledge of software testing and debugging methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
