Job Opening: Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
Develop and oversee project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Monitor project progress, implement corrective actions when necessary, and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project milestones and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager within the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian.
