Role Overview
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience for our patrons. Your main objective will be to assist customers in finding unique merchandise in our retail store and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
- Engage and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in inventory management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of Thoroughbred racing and equine industry (preferred)
- Flexible work schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
