Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs professionally and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions promptly
- Assist customers in maximizing their use of our services, offering guidance and training as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system with relevant information
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and take necessary actions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or customer support role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends or evenings as needed
