Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in financial research, analysis, or a similar role is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing research reports.
Proficient in using financial research tools and software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
