Senior Legal Consultant

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal guidance to our clients, with a focus on ensuring legal compliance and minimizing risks. As a Senior Legal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' strategies and contributing to their long-term success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research to analyze complex issues and provide informed recommendations
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
Advise clients on legal compliance, regulatory matters, and risk management
Assist in developing effective legal strategies to support clients' business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns and provide expert guidance
Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations relevant to our clients' industries
Deliver legal training and workshops to educate clients on compliance best practices

Requirements:

Law degree from a recognized university
5+ years of experience in a legal consultancy firm or corporate legal department
Strong knowledge of German and European legal frameworks
Proven track record in handling diverse legal matters
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and German (both spoken and written)
