Job Opening: Pet Care Specialist
As a Pet Care Specialist at IKEA Jönköping, you will be an integral part of our team that focuses on creating a harmonious living space for our customers and their furry friends. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' pets are safe, healthy, and happy within their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on pet care, nutrition, and grooming.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate pet products and accessories.
- Organize and participate in pet care workshops and events.
- Monitor and maintain the pet care section of the store, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
- Collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to enhance our pet care offerings.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with pets or animals, such as in a pet store, animal shelter, or veterinary clinic.
- Passion for pets and a strong knowledge of pet care best practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as required in the retail industry.
