About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to drive our client's success through revolutionary marketing strategies. As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will bring unique perspectives and innovative ideas to the table, shaping the future of our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative and effective marketing strategies for our clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project objectives, target audience, and messaging
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate out-of-the-box ideas for advertising campaigns and brand promotions
Create compelling and engaging content across various channels, including print, digital, and social media
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to continually optimize strategies
Present strategies and campaigns to clients, demonstrating business impact and ROI
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, or related roles
A solid background in Media/Advertising/Entertainment or equivalent field
Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies for industry-leading brands
Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and digital marketing techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities
Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional results
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
