Position: Sustainable Agriculture Specialist

Job Description:

Engage with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and rural communities to develop sustainable agricultural practices.
Research and implement advanced farming techniques that optimize resource efficiency while reducing environmental impact.
Provide expert advice on crop selection, soil management, water conservation, and integrated pest management.
Collaborate with farmers to design and oversee agricultural projects with a focus on sustainable and organic farming methods.
Develop and deliver educational programs to promote sustainable agriculture practices within the community.
Stay up to date with emerging agricultural trends and technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
Proven experience in sustainable agriculture, organic farming, or rural development.
Strong knowledge of environmental conservation principles and their application in agriculture.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple agricultural projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in German and English languages.
Passion for promoting sustainable practices within the agriculture industry.
