Responsibilities

Design and implement personalized exercise programs for our employees, aimed at enhancing performance and well-being
Conduct fitness assessments and track progress to identify areas for improvement
Provide coaching and guidance on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and nutrition
Collaborate with other departments to develop and deliver wellness initiatives and programs
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field of sports and fitness

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, or a related field
Proven experience working as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, or performance enhancement specialist
Strong knowledge of sports-specific training principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting health and wellness
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
