Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong financial background to join our dedicated finance team. As a Strategic Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies and plans to support OEM's mission and objectives.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of revenue, expenses, and budgeting processes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop long-term financial forecasts and models.
Perform in-depth investment analysis and provide recommendations for resource allocation.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Contribute to the development of financial policy and procedures to enhance financial performance and accountability.
Support the annual budgeting process by collecting and analyzing financial data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or CFA qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial information.
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present financial analysis and insights.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
