Job Description


We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong financial background to join our dedicated finance team. As a Strategic Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies and plans to support OEM's mission and objectives.


  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of revenue, expenses, and budgeting processes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop long-term financial forecasts and models.
  • Perform in-depth investment analysis and provide recommendations for resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of financial policy and procedures to enhance financial performance and accountability.
  • Support the annual budgeting process by collecting and analyzing financial data.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or CFA qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial information.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present financial analysis and insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
