As an Innovative Hospitality Experience Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating unforgettable guest experiences that go beyond traditional tourism and vacation offerings. Through innovative ideas and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement unique and engaging experiences for guests visiting our properties
- Research market trends and competition to continuously improve our offerings
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests
- Manage a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and support
- Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary enhancements
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a management role
- Strong creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to develop innovative experiences
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local tourism and vacation market
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
