About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services based on customer needs, contributing to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and propose strategies for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and new product features to better assist customers.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar customer-focused role within the service industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and German.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
