About the Position

As a Supply Chain Management Specialist at Jubilee Insurance, you will play a critical role in overseeing our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders, from vendors to internal teams, to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure seamless logistics operations
Manage inventory levels and monitor stock replenishment to prevent disruptions
Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance supply chain performance
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain quality standards
Conduct regular supplier audits to evaluate performance and address any issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including carriers and customs authorities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
