Responsibilities:
- Assess and troubleshoot technical issues related to our state-of-the-art equipment and systems.
- Implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions for efficiency and cost savings.
- Train and support end-users in utilizing technical resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is preferred.
