Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Legal Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Legal Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will play a key role in facilitating peaceful and fair resolutions to legal disputes in various industries.

Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough analysis and research on legal issues pertaining to disputes
Creating effective strategies for managing and resolving conflicts
Coordinating mediation proceedings between involved parties
Facilitating open communication and ensuring a fair negotiation process
Preparing comprehensive documentation of mediation sessions
Providing legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the dispute resolution process
Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
Proven experience in mediation, negotiation, or alternative dispute resolution
Excellent knowledge of Swiss legal system and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to remain impartial, calm, and professional during intense situations
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German
