Position: Legal Solutions Expert

Job Description:

Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to AECC in all legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accurate interpretation of laws and regulations.
Support the organization in legal proceedings, including litigation and dispute resolution.
Advise and educate the team on legal implications and risk assessment.
Stay updated on legal developments and recommend necessary amendments to existing policies and procedures.
Collaborate with external legal partners and represent AECC in legal negotiations.
Offer guidance on data protection and privacy issues.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
Proven experience working in a legal role, preferably within a non-profit or healthcare organization.
Strong knowledge of Spanish and European laws and regulations.
Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
