Position: Agricultural Solutions Specialist

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop new agricultural solutions that enhance productivity, sustainability, and resource efficiency.
Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the company's offerings remain cutting-edge.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, cooperatives, industry experts, and government organizations.
Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing inquiries and offering comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs.
Develop and deliver training programs, presentations, and workshops to educate customers and internal teams on the latest agricultural practices and products.
Act as a product specialist, demonstrating the benefits and features of our agricultural solutions at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Crop Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
Prior experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in a technical or advisory role.
Strong understanding of farming practices, crop management, soil science, and sustainable agricultural methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions accordingly.
Passionate about sustainability, rural development, and promoting environmentally friendly practices.
Willingness to travel locally and occasionally internationally to meet with customers and attend relevant industry events.
