Responsibilities:

Design and implement cutting-edge guest experience strategies that align with Astral Foods' vision and values.
Utilize state-of-the-art technology to analyze customer feedback and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with various departments to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeted at attracting tourists and enhancing brand awareness.
Create and maintain relationships with local tourism organizations, vendors, and suppliers to optimize guest experiences.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure Astral Foods remains at the forefront of the tourism sector.
Regularly assess and evaluate guest satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
Train and educate staff members on providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring consistent service quality.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality or related industry.
Proficient in utilizing technology to drive guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate team members.
Familiarity with the Western Cape tourism industry and its unique challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
