Job Description:

Neiman Marcus, the renowned luxury retailer, is currently seeking a passionate and highly qualified individual to join our team in Texas as a Supply Chain Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our logistical operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods throughout our supply chain.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to develop and implement efficient processes for the movement of goods.
Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and manage transportation logistics.
Analyze data to identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize our supply chain.
Maintain accurate records of product distribution and logistics-related activities.
Manage and resolve any shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation and logistics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of logistics principles, transportation systems, and inventory management.
Proficiency in data analysis and logistics software/tools such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
