About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual who will play a key role in our Research and Development department. As a Multicultural Research and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Conducting cutting-edge research in the field of paint and coating materials
Developing innovative solutions to improve product performance and sustainability
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive research projects from conception to implementation
Contributing to the development of new products, technologies, and applications
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering
Demonstrated experience in research and development, preferably within the paint and coating industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
Innovative mindset with a passion for finding creative solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and thrive in a collaborative environment
