We're Hiring: Excursion Coordinator

Overview:

Are you a passionate explorer with a knack for planning unforgettable adventures? We are seeking individuals who possess outstanding organizational skills, an adventurous spirit, and an eye for detail to join our dynamic team as Excursion Coordinators.

Responsibilities:

Curate and design unique travel itineraries, ensuring an exceptional experience for our patients and their families
Collaborate with local tour operators and travel agencies to source exclusive packages and negotiate the best deals
Manage logistics, including accommodation, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patients' safety and well-being during excursions
Provide informative presentations about tourist attractions, local culture, and customs
Offer personalized assistance, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for patients

Requirements:

Passion for exploration, travel, and customer satisfaction
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
Knowledge of tourist attractions and local travel resources, particularly in Singapore
Prior experience in event planning, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
Must possess a valid driver's license
