Role: Industry Expert - Beverages

Job Description:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and sustainable beverage solutions
Conduct extensive research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
Implement technological advancements to improve product development processes
Utilize data analysis techniques to optimize production efficiency
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to beverage production
Collaborate with external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in product testing, quality control, and regulatory compliance activities
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams
Stay updated with relevant regulations and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
Strong knowledge of beverage production processes, equipment, and technologies
Proven experience in project management and process optimization
Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
