As a Cargo Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our logistics and supply chain processes.

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee cargo operations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all safety regulations
Manage inventory, track shipments, and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
Resolve any operational issues that may arise, proactively finding solutions
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in logistics or related field
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools
