Position: Mountain Adventure Specialist

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Mountain Adventure Specialists. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your love for sports and fitness with your desire to help others discover the beauty and thrill of the great outdoors. As a Mountain Adventure Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding guests through various exhilarating activities such as hiking, biking, mountaineering, and more.

Responsibilities:

Lead groups of guests on outdoor adventures, ensuring their safety and enjoyment
Provide expert instruction and guidance on sports-related activities
Create and maintain positive relationships with our guests by delivering exceptional customer service
Assist in developing customized adventure itineraries to meet guests' individual needs and preferences
Regularly inspect equipment to ensure its safety and functionality

Requirements:

Passion for outdoor sports and fitness
Previous experience in guiding or instructing outdoor activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CPR and first aid certifications (or willingness to obtain them)
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle emergencies
