Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy for Magen David Adom.
Evaluate the organization's energy consumption patterns and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct environmental impact assessments and propose sustainable solutions.
Educate and train staff members on sustainable practices and resource conservation.
Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote environmental initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key sustainability metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for further enhancements.
Stay updated on emerging trends and regulations in the field of sustainability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, or related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives.
Deep understanding of energy efficiency, waste management, and environmental conservation.
Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
