We are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Tourism Experience Specialist, providing exceptional services and creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors.

About the Role

As a Tourism Experience Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to curate and manage exceptional tourism experiences that highlight the unique culture, heritage, and natural beauty of Aosta Valley. You will collaborate closely with local businesses, tour guides, and government agencies to design and coordinate immersive experiences for our visitors, ensuring their time in Aosta Valley is truly memorable.

Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative tourism experiences that cater to various interests and preferences
Collaborate with local businesses and tour guides to create comprehensive itineraries
Coordinate logistical arrangements, such as transportation, accommodations, and dining
Provide guidance and support to visitors during their stay, offering recommendations and answering queries
Evaluate customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings and services
Promote sustainable tourism practices and respect for the local environment and culture

Requirements

Previous experience in the tourism industry is preferred
Strong knowledge of the Aosta Valley region, including local attractions, history, and culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays
