We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as an Aerospace Liaison.

Job Description:

As an Aerospace Liaison, you will play a critical role in fostering positive relationships and strengthening partnerships between NCFHP and various aviation and aerospace stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to advocate for fair housing and promote a culture of inclusivity within the industry.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain productive relationships with key aviation and aerospace organizations, agencies, and corporations.
Collaborate with industry leaders to develop and implement fair housing policies and practices.
Represent NCFHP at conferences, industry events, and public forums to raise awareness about fair housing issues in the aviation sector.
Provide guidance and support to aviation professionals regarding fair housing regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Develop and deliver educational programs and workshops to facilitate understanding and compliance with fair housing laws.
Research and analyze industry trends, legislative updates, and best practices in the aviation and aerospace sector.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong knowledge of the aviation and aerospace industry, including key players and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Demonstrated passion for promoting fair housing and equal opportunities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
