As an Outdoor Adventure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers embark on their own outdoor adventures while ensuring their safety and providing expert guidance.

Responsibilities:

Lead outdoor excursions and activities, such as hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, and camping.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right gear and equipment for their outdoor pursuits.
Offer expert advice on outdoor safety, including proper gear usage, navigation, and emergency procedures.
Conduct equipment demonstrations and provide hands-on training to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

Qualifications:

Passion for outdoor activities and a strong knowledge of various sports and fitness disciplines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
First Aid and CPR certifications are preferred.
